REO Properties

We provide field services on REO properties.  Our services include occupancy status, drive-by BPOs and property security. 

If the property is found vacant, we will provide an interior inspection with identification of all adverse conditions and liability exposures.  Vacant properties will be re-keyed, secured, and monitored throughout the foreclosure process to help prevent vandalism.  Warning signs in visible street windows with contact numbers will be posted for immediate contact.

If contracted, we will remove trash and debris.  Maintenance services will be initiated.  Our priority is to prevent property deterioration.

We will prepare a marketing plan and make repair suggestions that make economical sense.  When repairs are done, we will work closely with the contractors to ensure its completion and quality.

We will list the asset on the local MLS and Realtor. Com.  Providing monthly reports on condition of the asset and market trends.  Finally working with the closing agent, to make sure that the asset closes.
